- Purchase Gym Equipment (treadmill, exercise bike, weight bench & weights)
- Sign up for Weight Watchers
- Plan Menu's
- Plan Groceries
- Remove what is not used in the home (simplify)
- Have surgery on left heel and tendon
- Follow all Dr's orders
- Take all medications and recommended medications
- Write daily. (does not matter what time I write)
- Get 7 hours of sleep daily
- weigh in weekly
- measure monthly
- drink a minimum of 6-8oz glasses of water daily.
- Ween off of soda
- Ween off of caffiene
