Goals for 2013

  • Remember it's okay to say "NO"
  • Put Me first
  • Lose minimum of 60 lbs in 2013
  • Move my body 5 days a week, enjoy doing something that elevates my heart rate and produces good sweat at least 30 minutes at a time.
  • Purchase Gym Equipment (treadmill, exercise bike, weight bench & weights)
  • Sign up for Weight Watchers
  • Plan Menu's
  • Plan Groceries
  • Remove what is not used in the home (simplify)
  • Have surgery on left heel and tendon
  • Follow all Dr's orders
  • Take all medications and recommended medications
  • Write daily. (does not matter what time I write)
  • Get 7 hours of sleep daily
  • weigh in weekly
  • measure monthly
  • drink a minimum of 6-8oz glasses of water daily.
  • Ween off of soda
  • Ween off of caffiene
